I'm lost.

It's not that I can't see anything, or that I don't know where I am - no, I can see. . . EVERYTHING. There is no end, anything, all of it, a plague of information, of images, of videos; how can I pick out anything, how can I stop and pay attention? How am I to be able to make sense of who, what, where, I am?
